We are the leading provider of dementia support services in Salford, offering bespoke care and support to individuals, families and carers living with dementia. We offer a range of services, including dementia day care opportunities, residential care, carer support and social groups.

Our flagship dementia centre is based at the Humphrey Booth Resource Centre in Swinton, where you will find the Poppy Day Centre – a specially designed safe and welcoming space, with a focus on person-centred daycare services for people living with moderate to advanced dementia.

It is also home to the Poppy Dementia Suite, a purposely designed 4 bedroom residential suite suitable for people with advanced or complex dementia. Offering a modern hotel feel, with 24 hour expert care, the suite is suitable for all ages, including those with Young Onset Dementia.

Our Dementia-Friendly cafe, Forget Me Not, is also located at Humphrey Booth Resource Centre. Offering a range of home-cooked, delicious and nutritious meals at great prices along with a range of baked goods and sweet treats, it’s a great place to visit for breakfast, lunch or a snack.

Aspire 2 Age Better, the award winning volunteer led community group, host a range of activities and events at Humphrey Booth for people aiming to age well, in particular those living with, or caring for someone with, Dementia. From indoor curling to arts and crafts, choir sessions to bingo – the group have activities for all and provide a warm, welcoming space for the whole community.

We also offer dementia day support opportunities at Alexandra Community Hub in Eccles and Brierley Community Hub and Cafe in Little Hulton. Open 5 days a week, we can provide day support for people living with dementia or older persons.
