We operate from 6 main buildings, each with specialist support and services available.

Our Community Hubs are located at Humphrey Booth Resource Centre in Swinton, Alexandra in Eccles, Brierley in Little Hulton, and St George’s in Pendleton. Our Community Hubs offer a range of day support opportunities, alongside community spaces and activities such as cafes, carers support groups, social groups, and much more.

We provide specialist dementia support at Poppy Dementia Day Support located at Humphrey Booth Resource Centre in Swinton, and specialist complex needs disability respite at Granville, located in Eccles.

Waterside, located in Pendlebury, offers day support for people with complex learning or physical disabilities and has achieved Autism Accreditation for its specialist skills and services.
