Join us in celebrating International Women’s Day on Friday 8th March. At Aspire, we are proud to be an organisation led by incredible women Directors and CEO. We have a strong female led workforce, many of which have achieved amazing things. We also support exceptional women with learning disabilities and dementia to overcome barriers and achieve fantastic goals, therefore it has become an annual tradition to celebrate this day, each year.
This year, we are excited to share inspiring stories about the female managers, team leaders, support workers and the people we support within our organisation. From their experiences in the industry to their top tips and personal achievements, we can’t wait to share all their stories.
We encourage you to take part in this celebration and recognise the amazing women in your life and acknowledge their achievements.
To celebrate with our employees, the people we support and our community, we have created a downloadable workshop booklet, also available in an easy read version. The booklets are designed to create conversations, reflect on what you have achieved and encourage self-appreciation. Get involved and download our booklet to complete in your workplace with colleagues, or at home with your family and friends.
