Join us in the beautiful surroundings of the wellbeing garden for a morning of remembrance and celebration, as we mark Dementia Action Week.

Plant your own ‘Forget Me Not’ seeds to take home, in memory of your loved one, and enjoy time in the peaceful gardens before a short reflective service led by our CEO Lisa Dickinson and staff and volunteers of Aspire.

This event is free, and all are welcome. Following the service, guests can access the rest of the gardens or enjoy lunch in the RHS cafe at their leisure. RHS Gardens are fully accessible.

Moorside High School students are joining Aspire 2 Age Better volunteers for an intergenerational gathering.

They will have the opportunity to meet our volunteers, share knowledge and participate in Music and Dance with Dementia.

Music and Dance with Dementia is held every Wednesday at Humphrey Booth Resource Centre to enjoy a morning filled with dance, music, laughter and lots of good fun! We have a fabulous mix of singers which perform different songs and genres each week.

Afterwards you could even dine in our ‘Forget Me Not’ dementia friendly cafe which serves hot meals until 3pm.

Come along every Wednesday, 11am till 12pm.
