Aspire for Intelligent Care and Support is an employee-owned Community Interest Company, established in 2015.
We specialise in supporting people living with dementia, disabilities, and learning disabilities, in Salford and the surrounding area. We offer a range of support including daycare opportunities, supported living, and respite care across various sites.
The Aspire team is currently made up of approximately 250 permanent staff, and approximately 50 casual staff. The team provides specialist support in the areas of dementia, autism spectrum disorder including Asperger’s, total communication moving and handling, and more.
