We provide a range of support, through our community hubs, to support people in the Salford community to age well.

Our social groups, community cafes and day services provide opportunities for people to connect with others, reducing social isolation and improving mental wellbeing.

We provide a range of activities including live music, dancing, indoor kurling, chair based exercise, bingo, arts and crafts, reminiscing, TED (talk, eat, discuss), gardening, and much more.

We work with other local community organisations, including Dancing with Dementia and others, to offer an inclusive and diverse programme to keep both body and mind active.

We also provide day opportunities for those looking for a more bespoke programme of care or requiring more support. Available at Brierley Community Hub and Alexandra Community HUb, our ageing well day opportunities give access to many activities along with personal care and nutritious meals.
