Here comes the opportunity to make a difference, to bring a smile to someone’s face, to be part of the positive change!

Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or complex health needs in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.

We would like to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our Dementia Services team in Salford. We specialise in supporting individuals with moderate to advanced dementia and complex care in our specialist day support centre and our purpose built four bedroom residential suite, both based in Swinton. We work in a busy and varied environment where no two days are the same. We provide bespoke, personalised care for all of the people we support, helping them to live their lives to the full.

You could find yourself supporting someone to enjoy an afternoon of arts and crafts, take part in light exercise, reminisce about times gone by, or to simply feel comforted and supported in your presence. We always strive to enable the people we support to live their life, their way. Some people we support require assistance with personal care and daily living tasks. Compassion to enhance quality of life and wellbeing is essential.

You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in health and social care. We are looking for people to join our diverse work team and bring their personalities into the workplace. We will provide all the training and support you will need to become an excellent support worker.

You will need to have a positive attitude, professionalism, compassion, a caring nature, and core values that match our own!

Enhanced DBS Disclosure is required for our support worker roles.
