This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme for 2025 is all about community, how being connected to others can help us feel better, stay well, and support our mental health.
At Aspire, we believe community matters. That’s why we’re proud to welcome people from across Salford into our accessible community hubs, warm and friendly spaces where everyone is welcome. Each hub is suitable for older people, people with dementia, people with learning disabilities, and the wider community.
Whether you’re looking for support, a new activity, a warm place to visit in winter, a lovely garden to relax in during summer, or simply a friendly face and a cup of tea, we’re here for you.
Each of our hubs offers regular events from summer fairs, Christmas markets, coffee mornings to sponsored walks and more. There are opportunities to meet others, make new friends, and enjoy the company of people in similar situations. All hubs provide a safe and welcoming space where you can feel supported and included. You’re welcome to pop in for a chat, join an activity, ask for help, or just enjoy a social setting.
All of our hubs also have a café where you can enjoy affordable, tasty, home-cooked food. Whether it’s breakfast to start your day or a warm lunch with friends, there’s something for everyone on the menu.
Come and see what we’re all about, we’d love to meet you!
Together, we can build a kinder Salford and a more welcoming community for all.
