Tell us a bit about yourself?

I live with my mum, we have recently moved house to Swinton. I love my new house, I have a lift straight to my bedroom and a great garden. I enjoy summer, having family BBQs in the garden. I have three lovely sisters, they are called Jill, Sarah and Dawn, who also have their own children.

What do you enjoy the most about Aspire?

I have been with my friends for over ten years at Aspire but have only been coming to Alexandra House for five years. My favourite part of the week is arm chair exercise. I love this session. I never used to enjoy physio, however I now have a new programme and I do a lot of exercises with balls, this helps improve my stretching. 
I also like the weekly art sessions, and I like to socialise with my friends at Alexandra House.

What else do you enjoy doing?

I am really into music. I have lots of CDs. Some of my favourite singers are UB40, Michael Jackson, Queen and Elvis.
