We believe it is vital that every person that comes to us for help and support is treated as an individual with their own unique needs and requirements. What works for one person may not work for another. Aspire has a trained and skilled team to help it deliver its services to a wide range of people with complex needs. This can be in the form of person centred care planning to training other services and families in essential skills.
We design individual support for each person and take staff teams through the whole process, offering a holistic approach involving all specialities. This enables us to help each person we support to reach their full potential and personal aspirations.
Our team consists of a dementia lead, a total communication lead, an autism lead and a person-centred coordinator. Quality development begins with our team getting to know a person, spending time with them and speaking to their family, social workers and care providers. Once they know what a person likes and dislikes and what kinds of activities and approaches they best respond to, they can begin tailoring a personal support package for that individual.
