From supported accommodation to day centres where we care for those with dementia or provide day opportunities, we have the resources to provide support and care for a broad spectrum of needs.

This resource centre offers support to people with dementia and also their carers. In the heart of the community, this centre has been specially designed as a relaxing, safe space for people living with moderate to severe dementia.
24-hour supported accommodation based in Swinton for people with complex needs.
A safe, warm and friendly day centre, which focuses on person centred care for people dealing with severe Dementia or Alzheimer’s. There are opportunities to participate in activities that promote independence, health and wellbeing.
Brierley House is a purpose built Day Centre providing support for older people and those with a learning disability. The Day Centre is located in the heart of the local community in Little Hulton and has accessible transport links throughout Salford. Everyone attending can enjoy a variety of daily activities which include sing a long, arts and crafts, health and wellbeing sessions.
Alexandra House is a purpose built Day Centre providing support for older people and those with a learning disability. The Day Centre is located in the centre of Eccles and has accessible transport links throughout Salford and Irlam. Everyone attending can enjoy a variety of daily activities which include, sing a long, arts and crafts, movement to music.
Respite service that offers short breaks to people from 14 years and over. We help people with a range of complex needs including: autism, ADHD, PICA, diabetes, Asperger’s, tracheotomy support, oxygen support, peg feeding.
A purpose built centre which supports a diverse group of people with a range of disabilities and health needs, St. George’s provides an opportunity for individuals to experience a professional catering environment with accredited learning.
Resource centre for complex needs. Their emphasis is on offering intensive therapies to support the wellbeing and personal care of the individual in an environment that promotes sensory stimulation, rehabilitation and development of communication skills.
