Weekend Cook required for Granville Respite Support, Eccles.
Set hours: 8.30am -5pm Saturday and Sunday
All Bank Holidays excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Based in the kitchen of our respite support service in Eccles, duties will include the preparation and cooking of meals ensuring we provide a well-balanced and nutritious offer to all. You will be responsible for the preparation of menus, portions and the provision of special dietary meals within an allocated budget and be able to keep appropriate records including stock levels, food orders and compliance with food hygiene regulations.
You will supervise other individuals within your team, and will ideally have a City and Guilds 706/1 or NVQ Equivalent catering qualification and a current Food Hygiene Certificate.
