Support Worker – Driving License Essential

We are looking for a confident, positive and creative person to join our bespoke team! If you’re a person that enjoys problem solving and is an animated communicator then this could be the job for you!

Applicants must demonstrate a sound value base and have the ability to work and think in a person-centered way. Excellent communication skills are required to undertake the role and a commitment to work flexibly. 

You will need to work flexibly, with various shift patterns, which could include early shifts, late shifts, sleep-ins, waking nights plus weekends and bank holidays as required.

Your role will be to ensure that individuals support needs are met to a high standard. As a Support Worker you will need the ability to encourage the people we work with to become active members of their local and wider communities. You will have a keen interest in promoting the health & wellbeing of individuals, particularly around supporting people to fulfil their potential. You must also have a passion to want to make a real and positive difference to people’s lives.

An Enhanced DBS disclosure is a requirement for this position.

Successful applicants will receive an induction, specialist training and ongoing support from a creative and forward thinking experienced management team.
