We are currently recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Activity Coordinator to join our team. This is a brand-new role to Aspire, and will help us to develop and build on our existing activity programme to further enrich the lives of the people we support and our workforce. You will have a passion for health and wellbeing, including physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and will have the skills to make a positive difference to the people we support. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role, and you will have extensive knowledge of the Salford community landscape, knowing what’s on offer locally and having great connections, helping to build lasting and meaningful relationships with external providers, organisations, health practitioners and the wider community.

You will work as part of a newly formed team of activity coordinators, under the guidance of your team leader, to collectively enhance our offer. You will be able to design, plan and facilitate your own sessions to coordinate a programme that reflects the needs of the people we support and be able to evaluate, analyse and write reports to show the impact of the activities on offer. You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude and an ability to engage and motivate people, helping them to reach their full potential.
