We are currently recruiting for 2 Assistant Manager posts to work in our Supported Living team. Our Supported Living service supports people living in our tenancies or their own homes, helping them to live independently and to be an active member of their local community. As part of the wider management team, your main responsibility will be to support in the management of our services and workforce, to ensure that the needs of vulnerable adults are met to a consistently high-quality standard and within current legislation, policies of Aspire, and the resources available.

You will be a positive and proactive leader, and be able to give professional advice and support to your team members, helping them to do their job to the highest standards. You will also undertake performance management of your team, ensuring their delivery of a front-line service meets the needs of vulnerable adults, where appropriate.

As part of this role, you will work alongside other teams, the City Council, NHS, and other relevant statutory, voluntary, and private bodies to ensure positive collaboration in line with Aspire policies and strategic plans.

You will have previous experience working in a similar role, and be able to demonstrate your leadership experience and skills.
